When properly cared for, your pet's mouth can be more comfortable, and their teeth can last much longer!

Periodontics/Extractions/Oral Surgery--Periodontal (gum) disease refers to the destruction of the supporting apparatus of the tooth, including the bone and ligament that holds the tooth in the socket, and it is one of the most common conditions seen in our pets today.

Endodontics/Root Canal--Root canal treatment involves removing dead pulp from within the tooth, cleaning the inside of the tooth, and placing an inert material inside the tooth to prevent bacteria from entering.

Orthdontics--Orthodontic care in pets focuses on relieving teeth that are positioned incorrectly and causing pain. Orthodontic care in pets can take many forms, including acrylic appliances, brackets and elastics, and extractions.

Restorations/Crowns--

Restoration is used to treat fractured teeth, teeth with incompletely formed enamel, and teeth with dental caries (cavities). Metal crown restorations are commonly used after endodontic procedures.

Dental Radiographcs (Digital & Conventional)--Radiographs (x-rays) of the teeth are needed periodically in order to completely evaluate your pet’s oral health. X-rays aid in detecting abnormalities that cannot be detected under examination alone.

Maxillofacial Surgery/Fracture Repair--In cats and dogs, at least one out of 20 malignancies is found in the mouth. Partial maxillectomy and mandibulectomy are key in managing some oral cancers.  Non-invasive fracture repair methods aid in ensuring good bone healing while maintaining healthy orthodontics.
